How to Order Service
First, check your device’s brand and model from its rating plate. This speeds up the processing of your service request. The location of the rating plate varies, so we have compiled clear instructions to help you find it.
Once you have the device details, you can fill out a service request or call us directly. Our phone service is open on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
How to find your device’s rating plate

Refrigerator
You can find the refrigerator’s rating plate:
- On the left or right inner wall.
- On the left or right inner wall, near the vegetable drawers.
- The plate may also be located in the freezer section.

Stove
You can find the stove’s rating plate:
- On the right side, when the appliance is pulled slightly out of its recess.
- On the frame under the door (also check the back).
- Remove the baking sheet storage drawer and check the frame underneath.
Important: Do not pull the stove out by the door handle!

Dishwasher
You can find the dishwasher’s rating plate:
- On the right side of the door edge.
- On the top part of the frame, underneath the door.

Washing Machine
You can find the washing machine’s rating plate:
- On the top edge of the loading opening.
- On the bottom edge of the loading opening.
- On the inner surface of the door.
- Or behind the machine.
For top-loading machines:
- Behind the machine.
- Inside the filter hatch.

Tumble Dryer
You can find the dryer’s rating plate:
- On the top edge of the loading opening.
- On the bottom edge of the loading opening.
- On the inner surface of the door.
- Or behind the machine.

Range Hood
You can find the Range Hood’s rating plate:
- Typically inside the grease filter area or on the casing.

Cooktop / Hob
You can find the cooktop’s rating plate:
- On the bottom of the cooktop unit.

Vacuum Cleaner
You can find the vacuum’s rating plate:
- On the bottom of the vacuum.
- On the back of the vacuum.

Microwave Oven
You can find the microwave’s rating plate:
- Behind the device.
- Inside the front cover or near the locking mechanism.
How Much Does Service Cost?
The price of appliance repair varies depending on the fault and the necessary procedures. On average, the cost of service falls between 177 € and 230 €.
The cause of the device’s issue will be determined during an inspection. The inspection fee is 193 € for refrigerators and freezers and 158 € for other devices. The inspection fee is not charged if the device is repaired according to the given estimate.
Utilize Home Insurance
Many home insurance policies cover the inspection of appliances and partially cover repair costs.
Check your insurance terms to see if maintenance is covered. The age of the appliance and your insurance deductible will affect the reimbursement amount.
If repairing the machine is not cost-effective, insurance companies often provide compensation toward the purchase of a new machine.
