Regular maintenance ensures that your air-to-water heat pump operates efficiently and provides optimal heating performance throughout its entire lifecycle.
We service air-to-water heat pumps in Helsinki and the surrounding areas. We are an authorized service center for Mitsubishi Electric and GREE air-to-water heat pumps.
When Is It Time to Service Your Air-to-Water Heat Pump?
- It has been 2 – 4 years since installation or the previous service.
- Heating performance has decreased.
- The sounds made by the system have changed or become louder.
- The system runs more often than normal or is constantly on.
Maintenance by an Authorized Professional
Air-to-water heat pump maintenance includes a careful inspection and cleaning of the device.
All our service personnel hold the necessary electrical and refrigerant permits granted by the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes).
Air-to-water heat pump maintenance includes:
- Cleaning of the outdoor unit’s coil (mechanically and chemically)
- Inspection of the defrost system
- Check of refrigerant circuit pressure
- Inspection of the condition and operation of outdoor and indoor units
- Inspection of outdoor unit fans and fan blades
- Inspection and cleaning of heating circuit strainers
- Check of heating network pressure
- Inspection of electrical connections and refrigerant piping
- Check of the heat pump’s running hours
The price for the service is 325 €.
Possible refrigerant additions are charged separately. Please note that if we cannot perform the maintenance due to a faulty device, we will charge 193 € for the visit.
Household Deduction for Air-to-Water Heat Pump Service
Remember that maintenance for air-to-water heat pumps is eligible for the household deduction. In 2025, the deduction is 35% of the labor cost, up to 1600 € per year. The deductible is 150 €.
